| About B.Ed Course | |
| The B.Ed. Programme Bachelor of Education, is one-year degree course, Affiliated to Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Govt. of India. Literacy and Education are strong indicators of development in a society. It is an established fact that the quality of education is influenced by the quality of teachers, their commitment and motivation for the teaching profession, their understanding about children's learning, social expectations, classrooms practices and pedagogical alternatives. Therefore, training of teachers becomes an important component in improving the quality of education. The School of Education of SSCET, provides a stimulating intellectual environment for B.Ed. students. The Institute offers exceptional opportunities and facilities for teacher development and for bringing out a perfect amalgamation of academic learning and practical teaching skills. |

| Admission Procedure | |
Prospective candidates seeking admissions to the B.Ed. programme must have a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination or those who are awaiting their results are also eligible to apply. Their candidature, however, shall be considered, subject to their clearing the qualifying examinations. |
